Is your €4,500 really €4,500?

The IND looks at your business's equity, not its bank balance. If the business owes money, that's subtracted. Fill in what you know; nothing you type leaves your browser.

Your business, today

Everything you've paid in, minus what's been spent.

Equipment, stock or a laptop bought for the business, at its current value.

Bank loans and money borrowed from family. A loan isn't your own capital.

Invoices you haven't paid yet, and VAT or tax you owe.

Estimated equity€0

Equity = bank balance + other assets − loans − unpaid bills. This is an estimate to help you prepare, not the IND's own test; an opening balance sheet is the document that actually proves it.

Why a loan doesn't count

If you borrow €4,500 and pay it into the business, the business owns €4,500 and owes €4,500. Its equity is zero. A genuine gift, which nobody has to repay, is different. See Opening balance sheet & the €4,500 capital for the full explanation.
